Andrea's journey as an artist has been shaped by a deep and profound connection to the world around her. Growing up in a family of artists, she spent her childhood drawing and painting alongside her grandmother, a professional watercolor artist who instilled in her a passion for the creative process. From an early age, Andrea’s exceptional talent was undeniable. She was consistently recognized for her artistic abilities and showcased in school art shows, where her creativity and dedication set her apart.
But it wasn’t just her family’s influence that inspired her—it was her innate bond with animals that truly fueled her artistic spirit. Surrounded by pets throughout her childhood, Andrea developed a unique connection with the natural world. At just 13 years old, she received her first digital camera and began capturing wildlife in photographs, a passion that would later evolve into a central theme in her art.

Art became her refuge and a way of communicating with the world when language fell short. Her sharp, observant eye allowed her to capture the smallest of details, transforming her early works into lifelike, vivid representations of her subjects. What started as a simple hobby soon grew into something much more—an undeniable calling. Throughout her time in college, Andrea continued to refine her craft, taking commissions from friends and family and painting animals and landscapes that reflected the beauty she saw in nature.
Though she had dreams of following a more traditional career path, something inside her told her that a 9-to-5 job wasn’t the life she was meant for. After she left college she embarked on a journey of self-discovery. Facing many years of uncertainty, enduring hardship and struggling to find her purpose. But through it all, art remained her constant. Whether drawing or painting, it was through creation that she felt truly alive and connected to something greater than herself

In 2019, tragedy struck with the sudden passing of her father. One of his last words to her—“I always wished you would’ve done something with your art." This ignited a fire within Andrea and her fathers words served as a reminder that her art was her path and her purpose. With newfound determination, she decided to dedicate herself fully to her craft. In January 2020, Andrea enrolled in an online art program, where she immersed herself in a yearlong intensive program, gaining the skills and confidence needed to pursue art as a full-time career. For Andrea, art has always been more than just creation—it has been a voice when words failed her. Over the years, Andrea’s style has evolved into a beautiful fusion of abstraction and realism, often featuring animals as her main subjects. Each piece is infused with deep symbolism, telling a story that speaks to the viewer's heart and soul.
Andrea draws inspiration from the breathtaking beauty of nature, using animals as a powerful tool to evoke emotions and inspire change. Through her work, she reminds us of the strength, resilience, and beauty that lie within us all. Her wildlife photography, often captured in her hometown of Long Island, New York, serves as a foundation for many of her pieces, bringing the raw power of eagles, birds, and whales into the art she creates. Today, Andrea is a full-time professional artist, living in Long Island, New York, with plans to relocate to Florida. Her art continues to evolve, but the essence of her work remains rooted in a deep respect for nature and a desire to connect with others in a meaningful way. Through her art, Andrea has found her voice, and now, she shares it with the world—one breathtaking piece at a time.
