"What She Will Become" Framed Print

"What She Will Become" Framed Print

"There were times where I saw myself in this painting
A familiar reflection
An innocent, naive, pure, voiceless, quiet, young child
Hiding from the world
Nature was her sanctuary
She was protected by it’s essence
She was told that she was too dumb and blind to amount to anything in this world.
That she was a 'deer in headlights'
But I have learned to hold that innocent child in my arms
I told her that she would become something great
And that she would amount to something in this world
She is powerful and gifted
But I have not forgotten where she has come from
Where she has started
And what she has become."
